Rear exhaust system & mountings to mate upto SPEX102 conversion front pipe

These Countersunk bolts are to replace the standard ones which are removed when taking the engine out of the Discovery. The standard ones won't fit due to the bolt head protruding the Flywheel housing and are also too long.  Failure to fit these bolts will cause oil leaks. The flywheel housing gasket & rear crank seal doesn't form a good seal and therefore leaks from these due to the engine and flywheel housing flexing. The flywheel housing is only secured at the top and not all the way round. Using these bolts will also secure the ladder frame. These bolts need to be fitted before the engine is fitted into the vehicle

Note, These bolts are not for securing the gearbox to the engine

Conversion front exhaust pipe for Discovery 200 into Defender 90/110. a quality product manufactured by ourselves in Aluminised mild steel. This is designed to mate upto the standard Land Rover turbo diesel or 200 defender exhaust system. This specially made front exhaust pipe fits directly onto the Discovery 200 tdi turbo outlet designed in such a way to allow exhaust gases to flow through the system easier without restrictions unlike some poor imitations found on ebay.  We have been developing conversion kits for Land Rovers for over 25 years and manufacturing exhaust for over 13 years We then recommend fitting a standard turbo diesel exhaust or a Defender 200 tdi exhaust system as they are made differently internally than a normally aspirated or petrol system, this allows the exhaust gases to flow properly, so the engine doesn't overheat and doesn't cause back pressure. Our pipe is sleeved to suit either system. You cut into the front pipe of either of these systems to mate it up to our front pipe. No modifications are required to the vehicle using this front pipe. This kit is designed to fit the Discovery PAS pipes in with the Discovery 200 tdi conversion in a 90/110 only. Kit consists of pas reservoir bracket, clips, compression fittings and pas hose and metal pipe, instructions. New pipes are available seperate
