CONVERSION DISCOVERY 200TDI INTO

| FRONT PIPE DISCOVERY 200 TDI INTO 90/110 4 CYLINDER |

This specially made front exhaust pipe fits directly onto the Discovery 200 tdi turbo outlet. We then recommend fitting a standard turbo diesel exhaust or a Defender 200 tdi exhaust system as they are made differently internally than a normally aspirated or petrol system. Our pipe is sleeved to suit either system. You cut into the front pipe of either of these systems to mate it up to our front pipe. No modifications are required to the vehicle using this front pipe. Pipe comes with gasket, nuts and clamps. |

This kit is designed to when fitting the Discovery 200 tdi intercooler radiator assembly. This also fits to the Defender item.
This kit comprises of, intercooler hoses, clips, heater hoses, top radiator hose and for the bottom we supply a steel bottom hose jointer and a temp sender, choice of 2, coarse & fine thread. |

This is to replace the original air filter as the intercooler radiator assembly is now in the way of it, so it needs a different mounting set up.
It is a brand new air filter, with element (readily available), and comes with a specially made air intake pipe, hose and connector, mounting plate straps and hose clips, fitting instructions. |

| This exhaust system is a full system from the turbo outlet to the rear of the vehicle. It is hand made from 2¼” Aluminised steel pipework, with the silencer made for a turbo engine. This allows the exhaust gases to run freely. It has been designed to hang on the vehicles standard mountings as per original exhaust system. It includes larger than standard hangars, nuts, bolts and washers, gasket & manifold nuts. |
