EXHAUSTS - STANDARD

We are stockists for Double S stainless steel exhausts, carrying a good range of the various exhausts for the Series Land Rovers, 90/110, Defenders, Discovery and Range Rovers.

Using only the finest austenitic and ferritic stainless steels and employing the latest CNC mandreland empty tube bending, measuring and inspection equipment, means increasingly high levels of product quality.

All Double S exhaust systems carry a lifetime guarantee. Double S will repair or replace any part of their stainless steel exhaust systems found defective through corrosion during the period that the system remains the property of the original owner. Provided that the system is inspected by a garage or exhaust fitting centre annually to ensure that the rubber and other mountings are in good condition.

EXHAUSTS - CONVERSION

We manufacture our own special exhaust systems to suit the conversion kits that we make. They have been designed to suit the larger engine that has been fitted, this is to allow the gases to flow properly, therefore giving a better performance and more miles per gallon. When ever possible we make use of the existing Land Rover chassis brackets to make the systems easier to fit. We then supply the larger clamps to fit around the exhaust pipe.

3ltr Ford V6 into Land Rover Series 1 to Series 3, both LWB and SWB 2.8ltr Ford V6 into Land Rover Series 2 to Series 3, both LWB and SWB Peugeot 2.3 - 2.5 turbo diesel and non-turbo, into Land Rover Series 1 to Series 3, both LWB and SWB and Land Rover 90/110 4 cylinder. Isuzu 2.8 turbo diesel into Land Rover 90/110 and Range Rover Classics Rover 3.5 V8 into Land Rover Series 1 to Series 3, both LWB and SWB Montego 2 ltr into Land Rover SWB Land Rover 2.5 ltr, 2.5 ltr Turbo and 200 TDI Diesel into Series 2a and 3. Daihatsu 2.8 ltr NA and Turbo Diesel, into Series 2a and 3. Peugeot 2.3 and 2.5 Turbo Diesel into Range Rover 5 speed.
